PRICING 2023
Private Sessions – $110.00 per session once per week attendance, $100.00 per session if 2 or more sessions weekly attendance. Paid weekly.
Duet sessions – $130.00 per session ($65.00 per person) once per week, $120.00 per session ($60.00per person) if twice or more weekly attendance. Paid weekly.
Trio sessions – $150.00 per session ($50.00 per person) once per week, $135.00 per session ($45.00per person) if twice or more weekly attendance. Paid weekly
Mat Classes – Begin the summer of 2024

Fridays – Instructor tutorial 9:30am – 10:30am free for Core Dynamics students and graduates $25.00 email to register for this session everyone is welcome!

If you would like to train in the the studio with just yourself and your instructor due to safety and health concerns we are happy to schedule based upon availability. cost: $175.00 per session.
Classes are also offered at our education centers and mentoring studios.
