Dynamic Moves and Core Floor Work
A 50 minute cardio fusion class. Dynamic moves incorporates an invigorating standing floor work routine with a series of fusion based total body strengthening exercises on the floor.
Equipment needed: Mat and a small ball (10 in diameter), Chair or a wall, slider disc or a paper plate

Instructor Training Tutorial
Each session will have a theme such as applying the principles of Pilates,
getting the most of the Long Stretch series. This Friday’s session will focus on the long Box exercises

 Private Sessions – $85.00 per session once per week attendance, $80.00 per hour if 2 or more sessions weekly attendance. Paid weekly.

Duet sessions – $110.00 per session  ($55.00 per person) once per week, $100.00 per session ($50.00per person) if twice or more weekly attendance. Paid weekly.

Group classes – $40.00 per class once per week –  limit 4. $35.00 per class if 2 or more sessions weekly attendance. Paid weekly. Group class sessions are limited and require Pilates knowledge and studio clearance.

If you would like to train in the the studio with just yourself and your instructor due to safety and health concerns we are happy to schedule based upon availability. cost: $150.00 per session.
